The primary network connection between the LIGO Hanford Observatory and ESnet will be down for planned maintenance starting at midnight (PST) on Feb 8th. This is expected to last from four to six hours. The LIGO Analysis Tool will therefore not be available at this time. Another planned outage is scheduled for 17 March. It's expected to last about an hour, but I don't yet have the specific times. I'll post them here when I know them.
