I'd like to welcome those of you who are just now joining this discussion site. A also want to encourage you to: 1. fill in a bit about yourself in your profile 2. add a picture of yourself to your profile 3. add a smaller 'avatar' picture for the discussion forums You can edit both your profile and forum preferences from the "Your Account" link at the top of the page. Once the discussion gets going, and as we gain new participants, it becomes more important that we have something here to describe and identify the participants, to make up for the fact that we are collaborating long-distance through a keyboard. You do not, however, have to wait until you have updated your profile and pictures to join in the discussions.
