The Bulletin Board is a place for general announcements. Right now anybody can post here, and anybody can reply (discussion is good). In the future we might restrict posting to just the 'administrators'. The policy is something we should discuss, and it may change as the site grows. This area is also complementary to the news displayed on the front page, which is just for 'headlines' and is also served up as an RSS news feed. That means you can subscribe to the news feed, with a dedicated RSS program or with a browser that understands RSS (Firefox and Safari come to mind). An RSS item may include a link to a larger article, and if it does then that link will most often be to a posting in this area.
